HOTEL DESCRIPTION: The Queen Mary Hotel is a first class hotel that is also a historic maritime relic of the great liners that plied the shipping lanes of the world's oceans. The Queen Mary is twenty two miles from Los Angeles International Airport and eight miles from Long Beach Airport. The guestrooms were the original first class staterooms appointed in the art deco style reminiscent of the Queen Mary era. The Queen Mary has a series of fine restaurants and bars that it's guests can choose from. It has a shopping arcade as well. One of the features of this ship is it's "Ghosts and Legends" tour. The ship is the focus of unseen forces that periodically have intruded on it's visitors and staff alike in various sections of the ship. Plaques are placed through out the vessel to inform you of these encounters people have had with the spirits that use this artifact.
